Corinne Mucha is a Chicago based cartoonist, illustrator, and teaching artist. She grew up in southern New Jersey and studied illustration at RISD. Her comics work includes the Xeric funded "My Alaskan Summer," the Ignatz award winning "The Monkey in the Basement and Other Delusions" (Retrofit Comics), and the YA graphic novel "Freshman: Tales of 9th Grade Obsessions, Revelations and Other Nonsense" (Zest Books). Corinne is an illustrator for the meditation app Stop, Breathe and Think, and a frequent artist for Symmetry Magazine. She teaches regularly at the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Old Town School of Folk.
